After working as a law clerk in this office since May 2005, Ms. Feldman joined the firm as an associate in September 2007, after receiving her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in May 2007. Ms. Feldman received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton in Philosophy, Politics and Law in May 2004. While attending Hofstra University School of Law she participated in and successfully completed the Child and Family Advocacy Clinic. She was admitted to practice in the second Department of the State of New York in February 2008. Since joining the firm, Ms. Feldman has handled all aspects of matrimonial and family law litigation, including custody, visitation, equitable distribution, child and spousal support, enforcement proceedings, modification proceedings and family offense proceedings. She appears for hearings, conferences and other matters in Family Court and Supreme Court of Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, Queens, Manhattan, Westchester Counties. Ms. Feldman is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and its Family Law section and the New York County Lawyers Association, and keeps abreast of all current decisions in the matrimonial and family law arena.
